Arndt realisierte zahlreiche internationale Einzelausstellungen u. a. bei der RARO Gallery in Genua, im Hornsleth Museum in Kopenhagen, bei der VIN Gallery in Shanghai sowie bei Mott Projects in New York.

Weitere Solopräsentationen führten sie u. a. nach Mailand, London, Barcelona, Beirut, Bratislava, Saigon und Omaha. In Gruppenausstellungen war sie u. a. in der MEWO Kunsthalle Memmingen, im Tokyo Art Museum, im CollectorsRoom Hamburg sowie in Galerien und Institutionen in Madrid, Palma de Mallorca, Ulm und Erfurt vertreten. Ihre Arbeiten befinden sich u. a. in der Ulrich Dietz Collection in Stuttgart, bei aeroplastic in Brüssel, in der Saatchi Collection in London sowie in der Sammlung Haupt in Berlin. 
 
Werktitel: How to dress for Jogging

In her painting How to Dress for Jogging – over four metres long and inspired by street art – Katharina Arndt humorously questions the superficiality of modern consumer and lifestyle culture. Five people are jogging – some with their midriffs exposed – on Barceloneta beach, with mobile phones and headphones. It goes without saying that even the beach has its own dress code. Through her vivid visual language, Arndt takes everyday scenes, forms of self-expression and social codes and transforms them into an exaggerated, almost artificial visual world. Clothing, the body, consumption and lifestyle thus become visible signs of belonging as well as of individual self-presentation.

Straddling the line between observation and participation, the artist turns her gaze to the small pleasures and absurd routines of everyday life, without passing judgement on them. Rather, she is interested in the tension between the promise of a beautiful, self-determined life and the superficiality inherent in these images. How to Dress for Jogging thus combines humour and irony with an exploration of self-optimisation, consumerism and the question of how much our self-image is shaped by societal expectations.
