To mark the opening of the exhibition, we invite you to experience these contemporary artistic works in dialogue with the unique collection of the Kunstgussmuseum Lauchhammer for the first time.
Amid historic plaster models, iron castings, and bronze castings, the works of Birgit Fechner, Dirk Sorge, and Reinhard Sandner reveal new connections to materials, craftsmanship, and the industrial heritage of Lusatia.
At the opening reception, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the artists, explore the exhibition together, and engage in conversation with other visitors. Welcoming remarks will kick off the evening and introduce the exhibition.
